Twice the Leather. Two Layers of Protection. One Compact Design.
Unlike many thin-walled cigar cases—including designs that rely on cardboard or other internal stiffeners—Tobacco Road’s signature all leather double-wall construction uses approximately twice the leather to create two layers of protection. Individually molded inner channels cradle and separate each cigar, while the outer leather shell surrounds and protects those molded inner walls. Yet the entire structure remains compact, easy to carry and convenient to store.

Certificate of Authenticity
Cases made with our certified vegetable-tanned leather from Tuscany, Italy, include the Consortium's individually numbered Certificate of Authenticity, providing traceability to the tannery that supplied the leather and Tobacco Road as the maker of the finished product.
Reusable PET support tubes, made in the USA, help maintain the shape of the molded leather channels during shipping and storage. Simply remove them when carrying your cigars and replace them when the case is stored.
Each Tobacco Road cigar case includes a reusable canvas drawstring bag to help protect the leather from dust and scuffs while stored between journeys.

Traditionally Tanned

Carefully Sewn
The selected leather components are carefully sewn to create the individual sections of the case. Precise stitching provides the strength and consistency needed for the molding and assembly stages that follow.
Individual leather sections are carefully molded in our Miami factory using proprietary machinery and processes developed by Tobacco Road to create our signature protective channels and structured outer shell.
After molding, each component is carefully inspected, assembled, fitted with its supporting inserts, and polished in our Miami workshop. Quality is checked throughout the process, with Tobacco Road branding applied as the final touch—giving each case its finished character.

Molded Protection
Hand-Finished
Only select full-grain cowhides are used, vegetable-tanned without environmentally harmful chemicals. This centuries-old process develops the distinctive character, structure and enduring quality prized in fine leather goods.
Each leather component is individually positioned and die-cut to shape, allowing us to work around natural surface imperfections, holes and unsuitable areas of the hide. This hands-on selection ensures that only carefully chosen sections of leather move forward to sewing and molding.
